Underwriters provide cash donations to our chapter to help defray the cost of our auction and event expenses ($75 minimum contribution). Underwriters are promoted during our event and receive special mention during the auction, on our website, and on our social media page; a display card with item; a 1/4 page program ad; plus a 1-year membership to Ducks Unlimited.

Lead by a team of more than 30 dedicated DU members and volunteers, the Prince William County Chapter (VA 28) of Ducks Unlimited Annual Dinner and Auction is one of the premier events in Prince William County, VA.

Held in February, this event garners the attention of more than 200 local businessmen and businesswomen, builders, developers, local and state politicians, duck enthusiasts, and conservationists. 

The chapter's fundraising efforts help to fund state and national efforts to preserve and enrich the natural habitats of our wetland wildlife. Ducks Unlimited (DU) is considered one of the nation's largest conservation philanthropies. DU relies on donations and grants to fund its $220 million annual budget. Donations are collected in part through 2,600 chapters that enlist about 700,000 members in North America. The bulk of the money is spent on wildfowl habitat in areas ranging from Alaska and Canada to the Mississippi flyway and the Gulf Coast.

Donors receive a business card-sized program ad; website advertising; a display card with item (with your business cards); if a Live Auction item was donated your name will be announced by our auctioneer during the bidding portion of our program; and you will receive a 1-year membership to Ducks Unlimited.
